Refund & Return Policy
At Lord & Carnaby, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all components and packaging intact.
- Products must not show signs of improper handling; damage due to negligence is excluded.
- Items requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt, subject to approval.
We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, email support@lordandcarnaby.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Your full name and address
We will provide the correct return address. Please do not send items to the sender's address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate changes as orders are processed promptly.
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us at support@lordandcarnaby.com. Cancellation is only completed once the goods are returned to us.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please use a trackable shipping service for returns. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received at our central warehouse.
